Controller: Plants Verse Studio (plants-verse.buzz), 3-2-3 Omotesando, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0001, Tokyo. Day-to-day privacy mail: [email protected].

Intake notes for plant shop jobs may include measurements or photos you attach — only staff on the ticket see them.

Lawful bases under Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) of Japan include contract steps, legitimate interest in secure hosting, and consent for optional analytics on plants-verse.buzz.

We do not sell Tokyo visitor lists. Processors are limited to mailbox and font delivery needed to run plants-verse.buzz.

How long we keep records: active jobs through completion, then a short archive unless Japan rules require longer.
